We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Promoter at Orangetheory - Franchise #0308.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and passionate about fitness, and have a strong ability to build rapport with potential members.
Responsibilities:
- Sell memberships to prospective clients and promote the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets and exceed member acquisition goals.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fitness and sales.
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour plus commissions on sales. Quarterly bonuses to reward your hard work.
