About the Role

At Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0308, we're seeking a skilled Fitness Sales Consultant to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is results-driven, energetic, and has a genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals. As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling membership packages and promoting the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
  • Conducting tours of our studio and showcasing the facilities and amenities we offer.
  • Building relationships with existing members and identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with our management team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling membership packages and promoting additional services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including pricing and features.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all members, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
