Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Western US region. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our communities in achieving greater occupancy and sales goals. You will work closely with our Regional Director of Sales, Regional Director of Operations, and Community Executive Directors to develop and implement sales strategies that drive results.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive occupancy and sales growth in assigned communities
- Manage lead databases and analyze sales trends to inform sales strategies
- Conduct quality tours and presentations to prospective residents and families
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Collaborate with community teams to ensure a seamless sales process
- Provide accurate and timely sales data and reporting to support business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or related field
- At least three years' experience in multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
