CHOR Youth and Family Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated People Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating programs, and ensuring the well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the principles of short and long-range planning to anticipate and avoid issues
  • Promote the organization's "TEAM SPIRIT", harmony, and high professional esteem
  • Act as a liaison, Team Leader, and link communication between the Sr. Manager of Human Resources and the Human Resource Department Support Staff
  • Function with the highest esteem in dealing with all employees, clients, and consumers of this organization
  • Be an advocate for all the policies, protocol, labor grades, etc. of the organization
  • Foster a HUMANE atmosphere within the Human Resource Department as well as the entire organization
Requirements
  • Minimum: Associate's degree; Preferred Bachelors in Human Services or related field
  • Two (2) to Five (5) year's experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and personnel record keeping skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
