We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mental Health Mental Retardation. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of medical services
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make necessary adjustments
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to LVN staff
  • Participate in service planning team meetings and complete required documentation
Requirements
  • Graduate of a professional nursing education program
  • Valid Texas RN license
  • Reliable transportation and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $77,739 to $84,947 annually
