Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role:
DaVita is seeking a Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) may be beneficial.
