We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Palliative Care team at St. Joseph Health. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses, and establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating patient care outcomes.

With a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and guest relations, you will participate in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. You will provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

This role will allow you to give back to our community and broaden your healthcare skills. You will be part of a comprehensive network of over 100 employed providers, including primary care physicians, specialists, and advanced practice clinicians.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, Nursing
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR

Pay Range: $42.00/hour
