Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees
  • Implement and execute training programs as per calendar and ensure participation of identified employees
  • Plan, organize, and direct training and development programs
  • Support organizational development, values, and learning culture
  • Analyze training results and initiate actions for continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent presentation and teaching skills
  • Five (5) years' experience designing and implementing a training and development program in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, Administrator, or Trainer onsite at a manufacturing plant
