Materials Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of receiving documentation and assess the condition of materials. Enter received goods into the inventory tracking system.
- Perform physical inventory evaluations as required and update records accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with corporate and site teams on logistics, procurement, and inventory management to facilitate efficient material flow.
- Generate inventory reports for management and sales departments.
- Add new raw materials to the inventory database.
- Provide precise information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage inventory specific to customer needs by liaising with procurement and sales teams.
- Process return authorizations and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and make necessary adjustments to quantities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in receiving and inventory.
- Review job travelers to ensure material accuracy.
- Oversee stock replenishment processes and assist in sourcing required materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing departments to expedite delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with the corporate office to assess inventory levels and formulate strategies for managing excess stock.
- Create purchase orders and oversee subcontracting processes.
