Resident Program Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resident Program Scheduler at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our Pediatric Residency Program, you will be responsible for creating and managing complex schedules for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain annual block schedules for each resident
- Design and produce daily call and shift schedules
- Coordinate with residents, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless scheduling
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
