Resident Program Scheduler

This position is accountable for creating the annual block schedules for each of the University of Washington's Pediatric Residency Program's residents. The scheduler must also develop, produce, and maintain daily call and shift schedules, as well as manage elective rotations and other program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual block schedules for residents
  • Manage daily call and shift schedules
  • Coordinate elective rotations and other program activities
  • Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to ensure smooth program operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and systems
