Job Description

Job Summary:

The Trauma Academy Northwest is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will work with clients to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns and promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' mental health concerns and promote their overall well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to mental health, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • Licensure or certification as a mental health professional, such as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience working with clients with mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to clients.
