  • Verify that the unemployment insurance system complies with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts that are repeatable and adhere to established standards.
  • Create and maintain QA artifacts to support testing activities.
  • Execute various levels of testing, including functional, integration, acceptance, and regression testing.
  • Document software defect and validate after defect resolution.
  • Participate in product design reviews and provide input on the functional requirement, schedules, issues, and risk.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of QA testing tools and methodologies that best fit the project need.
  • Handle issues related to QA testing component within a project.
  • Adhere to specific QA testing standards and guideline for the project.
  • Assists in the development of QA testing plans and cases.
  • Create test data, execute and maintain tests and tests scripts.
  • Review test scripts for completeness and accuracy.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of unemployment insurance tax laws.
  • Experience conducting quality assurance on unemployment insurance system projects.
  • Proven experience managing quality assurance for large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders (budget of $10 million or more).
  • Managed QA for IT projects with a budget of at least $3 million.
  • Proficiency in Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle process of quality management.
