We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Services Coordinator to join our team at New Season Treatment Centers. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required
- Assist in achieving and maintaining accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies
- Provide reports as requested
- Review, sign, and date all appropriate documentation
- Document patient progress through counseling and interaction
- Report patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required
- Assist in monitoring all patient activities on center premises
- Actively participate in community relations activities as directed and authorized
- Ensure compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
- Obtain or maintain proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements
- Participate in all staff meetings
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and licensure and/or certification as needed per individual state requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in substance abuse or related field
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Reliability
This position requires the ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise. Will travel up to 25% locally to support multiple clinics as needed.
