In the role of Contact Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our members. This position is responsible for managing employee performance and development, as well as creating and updating departmental procedures and knowledge resources. You will also address challenges within established policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the contact center.
- Ensure quality service is provided to all members.
- Oversee employee performance and facilitate their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and knowledge resources.
- Resolve issues in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D required; 2-year degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center supervisory role or as a financial services branch supervisor.
- Ability to pass a background and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
