Contact Center Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Contact Center Manager to oversee the overall operation of our Contact Center. This role will be responsible for providing quality service to members, managing the performance and development of employees, and ensuring compliance with established policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Contact Center team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent member service.
- Develop and implement procedures and knowledge-based resources to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Solve problems within established policies and guidelines, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- High school diploma or G.E.D required, 2-year degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a call center supervisor or a financial services branch supervisor.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
