Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at BriteCore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our modern, fully managed insurance platform to Property & Casualty insurers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close, articulating the right sales plays to create urgency and move opportunities to close.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams through complex customer journeys, ensuring seamless communication and tracking of sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to track the status and unique requirements of each sales opportunity.
  • Exemplify leadership by training, mentoring, and coaching team members to support regional prospecting and sales-related activities.
  • Apply leading sales frameworks to demonstrate a systematic approach to selling and create pervasive client presentations that align stakeholders critical to the decision-making process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields.
  • 6+ years of solution/value selling experience.
  • 3+ years of working as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Proven success in hunting and selling into new logo accounts.
  • Self-starter with a passion for SaaS, solution selling, and customer problem-solving.
  • Experience managing a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and learning as you go.
