Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategic customer relationships that drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs to increase engagement and service consideration among our target audience.
  • Work closely with service teams and product marketers to create compelling audience-specific messages, content, and tools that drive customer adoption.
  • Measure and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.
