Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in your assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales managers, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, including restaurants, foodservice establishments, and other business locations. You will also spend time in the office, collaborating with internal stakeholders and analyzing data to inform sales strategies.
