Job Description

Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including collision repair shops and auto body workshops.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including deal structure and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a cohesive sales approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with Empire's corporate information, including locations, products, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment, and proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of and interest in automobiles, including parts and functionality, is desired.
  • Sales experience with smaller or startup companies is preferred.
  • Multilingual skills are desired.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical endurance to handle extensive travel and visit collision repair shops and auto body workshops.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver auto parts during presentations and trade shows.
  • Comfortable working in varying work environments, including collision repair shops and workshops.
Travel Requirements:
  • Depending on the territory's size and location, travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.
