The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and promote environmental responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and communication.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
