Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

At Home2 Suites Tampa, we're seeking a highly skilled Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized support to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about local attractions, facilities, and services, enhancing the guest's stay.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, posting and reconciling charges, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve hotel goals, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on guest-facing interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
