Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Valet to join our team at Maus Family Auto. As a Service Valet, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers

Provide friendly and professional assistance to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Vehicle Preparation and Movement

Prepare and move vehicles for the service department, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

  • Vehicle Delivery and Retrieval

Locate and deliver vehicles to customers, maintaining a sense of urgency to ensure swift and safe movement around the lot.

  • Team Player

Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements
  • Flexibility and Availability

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Age and Driver's License

Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

  • Background Check and Drug Screen

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
