Job Title: Lead Insurance Processor

As a key member of the Customer Service Center Premium Operations Team at PMA Companies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of all work assignments into applicable business systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in assisting the team in attaining service level goals throughout the CSC.

Responsibilities:
  • Process loss sensitive adjustments with a high level of accuracy and quality, meeting or exceeding the team's performance standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Identify and process tasks within corporate guidelines, ensuring compliance with various bureaus and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and extract reports from internal and external vendor websites, utilizing automated systems to process tasks according to published deadlines.
  • Research and resolve issues, providing support to team members as needed.
  • Perform a variety of support functions and handle special projects assigned by the supervisor.
  • Provide training and support to team members as assigned.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures in the performance of work.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong mathematics aptitude and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of claims and underwriting systems/processes.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, IWS, Pipeline, Policy Decisions, Hyperion Insight, and Brio preparation.
  • Experience with WC rating & loss sensitive adjustments.
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal technical support.
