Physical Therapist

VNS Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Ridgefield, New Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team, providing high-quality care to patients in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver rehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes or care facilities, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
- Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan.
- Competitive pay rates, with a hiring range of $70-$75 per visit for all areas outside the Bronx and $90-$95 per visit for the Bronx.
