Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Ridgefield, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatrics, and provide individualized care plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and safety
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided
Requirements:
  • Current NJ Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
