About the Role

VNS Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Ridgefield, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from surgery, illness, or accident and achieve their full potential in the comfort of their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients
  • Assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team

Requirements
  • Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
  • Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
