Position Summary: We are in search of a Construction Oversight Specialist to deliver exceptional inspection and monitoring services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor construction processes and ensure adherence to contractual agreements, plans, and specifications.
  • Detect installation issues and generate daily reports documenting construction activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to the success of various projects.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their successful completion.
  • Travel to various construction sites and engage with clients to provide outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inspection and construction monitoring.
  • Educational background in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field (2 to 4-year degree preferred).
  • Familiarity with multi-family residential, institutional, and commercial construction, including expertise in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope components.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
