Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Peninsula Pointe. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our community's physical plant, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our community's facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of our facilities and minimize downtime.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Education: Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as facilities management or a trade.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Certifications: Valid state driver's license and any required certifications for maintenance and repair work.
