Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the clinical skills of staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Review and update patient care plans and documentation based on physician directives.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of new nursing personnel.
- Facilitate patient transitions from healthcare facilities to home settings through comprehensive assessments.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Current CPR certification from an accredited organization.
- Willingness to supervise nursing staff providing in-home care to various age groups.
