We are a leading vehicle wholesale remarketing company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Vehicle Sales Specialist.

$40,000.00 (Plus commission)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct-to-Dealer Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating sales transactions to achieve revenue goals.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, expand existing accounts, and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Transaction Management: Finalize sales transactions, process paperwork, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for travel-related activities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Direct to Dealer Sales: Build strong relationships with dealerships and negotiate sales transactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate sales prices to achieve revenue goals.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel may be necessary for this role.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process sales transactions, manage paperwork, and maintain accurate records.

Self-Motivation and Adaptability:

  • Maintain a presentable car lot, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Manage back-flow lots efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calls to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
