**Job Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Swank Motion Pictures.

As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and maximizing revenue through strategic sales efforts and customer engagement within company-approved guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of sales experience and a strong background in customer service, with the ability to leverage direct experience to build and strengthen positive customer relationships.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and additional sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business growth and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, in-person visits, and prompt resolution of service issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and support the professional development of team members.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and additional sales opportunities.
  • Prepare tailored sales profiles and finalize contracts for new clients, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-6 years sales experience preferred.
  • Leverage direct experience in sales and customer service to build and strengthen positive customer relationships.
  • Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and creativity in capturing new business.
  • Maintain a service-oriented approach and proactive communication skills, ensuring clear, persuasive interactions that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and support the professional development of team members.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, 401k plan with employer match, competitive paid time off, and work-from-home options.

Location: Flexible, with occasional travel required for conferences (up to 5%).
