Position Summary:

The Advanced Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive patient care within our healthcare facilities. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality medical services in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Advanced Practice Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering a wide range of primary, acute, and specialty healthcare services to patients in various settings.
  • Acting as the primary care provider in states where collaborative agreements are not mandated.
  • Conducting diagnostic tests and interpreting results to assess patients' clinical conditions and healthcare requirements.
  • Providing education and counseling to patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including Physicians and Nurses, to address patient needs effectively.
  • Developing and documenting individualized care plans.
  • Prescribing medications and other treatment modalities as necessary.
  • Participating in an On-Call program, which may involve after-hours and weekend responsibilities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Possess a Master’s degree in Nursing and at least one year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Hold a valid and unrestricted RN and NP license in the applicable state(s).
  • Multi-state licensure is essential for those providing services across state lines.
  • Completion of a Tuberculosis test is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

We highly value the following skills and experiences:
  • Possession of a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
