Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and administer medications, including intravenous therapies, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Deliver patient education and counseling to enhance understanding of treatment plans and health management.
- Engage in the evaluation and continuous improvement of practices at Allay Health and Wellness, applying the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
- Current licensure as an ARNP in the State of Florida.
- Proven expertise in case management and clinical skills from prior patient care roles.
- Ability to document treatment plans and modifications accurately in patient records.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the capability to handle sensitive situations while maintaining confidentiality.
- ACLS certification is required.
- Successful completion of criminal background checks and drug screening.
- Experience in medical or psychiatric settings is essential.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on various days and hours.
