Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe suitable medications and therapeutic interventions for diverse health issues.
  • Educate patients and provide guidance on preventive health practices and treatment alternatives.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to formulate and execute care plans.
  • Ensure precise medical documentation and maintain patient records for all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Compliance with state and federal licensure regulations, including DEA.
  • BLS certification.
  • Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress setting.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems.
  • Understanding of medical coding and billing practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Proficiency in common computer applications, including Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office.
