We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Junior Systems Engineer to join our Automation and Surveillance team. This role involves the design, deployment, integration, optimization, and commissioning of advanced systems. You will have the opportunity to gain international experience, engage with diverse engineering practices, and work closely with clients worldwide.

Key Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science from an accredited institution, or equivalent military training
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • A foundational understanding of the principles behind cooperative and non-cooperative surveillance technologies
  • The capability to interpret customer needs and develop comprehensive system architectures and testing strategies
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with technical teams from various cultures
Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position is between $69,100 and $84,600, reflecting the candidate's experience, skills, and education.

Essential Skills:

Required Expertise:
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Matlab, C/C++, or Java
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems is advantageous
  • Understanding of data networking principles is a plus
Experience Level:
  • Entry-level experience in a technical role (0-2 years)
Travel Requirements:
  • Potential for international travel (up to 30%)
