Responsibilities:- Raise awareness and generate interest in our products through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
- Identify new accounts and potential clients through social selling and prospecting.
- Manage your own book of accounts and develop strategies for effective book management.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records on our CRM software and track key metrics.
- Located within commutable distance of our Bloomfield, NJ office.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills.
- Unmatched work ethic and eagerness to learn and tackle challenges.
- Coachability and willingness to receive and implement feedback.
The OTE for this role is $90,000.
