We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Sales Representative to join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners, and selling our unique custom products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process, with training provided
  • Conduct scheduled in-home consultations, making presentations to homeowners
  • Confidently ask for the order, persistent in sales follow-up, and strong desire to win and succeed
  • Assemble a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale
  • Revises quotes or drawings as customers' wants and needs are assessed
  • Collaborate and communicate with franchise owners to ensure a complete cabinet order
  • Meet the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details
  • Continue customer contact during the project and monitor all related activities
  • Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional
  • Computer and smartphone proficient
  • Convert all available sales leads into scheduled sales appointments
  • Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 40% is expected)
  • Willing to develop account-based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms
Requirements
  • Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic
  • Attend KTU weekly sales coaching call (min 3 per month)
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • NKBA certification preferred, but not required
  • Willing to develop account-based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms
  • Experience with 20/20 or other design software
