Youth Support Professional

We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions as Direct Care Professionals, offering a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with consumers, supervisors, and parents/guardians
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of consumer records
- Ensure consumer safety and report any incidents
- Treat consumers with dignity and respect
- Complete documentation related to treatment plans
- Develop and implement goals and recommendations
- Provide a positive atmosphere for growth and learning
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Coursework or background in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and positive behavior support
