About the Role:

Responsibilities Include:
• Providing emotional and spiritual support to residents
• Encouraging positive relationships with family and friends
• Preparing meals and maintaining a clean living space
• Supervising daily routines and activities
• Attending church services and leading devotions

Requirements for Success:
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a drug test and background checks
• Physically capable of performing job duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $24,000 - $36,000 annually, free housing and utilities, paid medical insurance, paid time off, and employee referral bonuses.
