  • You will work closely with our experienced team to provide daily routines and structure, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child and youth.
  • You will help children and youth develop healthy relationships with family and friends through regular interactions and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare healthy meals daily and perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Transport children and youth when needed and supervise them during planned social events and activities.
  • Oversight of the cottage, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work as a team member and accept supervision.
  • Pass a drug test and extensive background checks.

Compensation:

  • ">
  • Competitive salary range of $22,000 - $32,000 per year, depending on experience.
