Job Description

Crystal Quick Services is hiring a Support Professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries, processing orders, and escalating complaints via multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers through effective communication.
  2. Process orders, modifications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Resolve customer complaints by listening actively and providing solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Contribute to the development of our customer service process by providing feedback.
  7. Supervise a team of junior support professionals to achieve excellent results.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • Previous experience in customer support.
Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $42,500, aligned with industry standards and local market conditions.
