- Resolve customer complaints by listening actively and providing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our customer service process by providing feedback.
- Supervise a team of junior support professionals to achieve excellent results.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
- Previous experience in customer support.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $42,500, aligned with industry standards and local market conditions.
