Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a proven track record of success in real estate litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, including disputes involving property ownership, lease agreements, land use, zoning, construction defects, and title issues.
  • Assist with a wide variety of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate litigation.
  • Strong background in commercial litigation.
  • Current NC admission and SC admission (preferred but not required).
