Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes
  • Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including lead follow-up and prospecting for new business
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Host team open houses monthly and participate in University Sales Training and weekly sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent for at least 6 months
  • Full-time availability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desiring professional growth and development
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
