Sales and Customer Service Representative

The Account Manager will serve as the primary sales and customer service representative to both existing and new accounts within an assigned territory. This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service and support, while also driving growth and expansion of the customer account base.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert customer support and proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer account base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their product needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage customer pricing and quotes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies to apply knowledge and expertise to the role.
- Enter all quotes and orders into the inventory operating system (Epicor) to ensure accurate tracking and management.
- Foundation in consultative sales and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
- Comfort with CRM and inventory tracking software (Epicor).
- Knowledge and experience in plastics, distribution, fabrication, and supply chain.
- High-caliber communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
