Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
  • Interact with customers through various channels, including email, phone, in-person, and at their place of business
  • Build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into loyal clients
Ideal Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn with strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent listening and organizational abilities
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Capacity to work under pressure to deliver high-volume, high-quality work
