Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong relationships with customers and promoting insurance products that help people manage risks and achieve their goals.

About the Role

  • This position is responsible for developing customer relationships and promoting State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • You will use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is preferred, but not required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Sales experience or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
