As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will be the face of our company, working closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide product information. Your role will involve resolving customer concerns, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality service.

This position requires proficiency in English and Spanish, as well as the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Build trust and rapport with customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Maintain work order files and product inventory
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and may assist in deliveries
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and inventory
  • Offer suggestions to improve sales

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Experience selling paint and operating tinting equipment
