Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees, as well as protecting our assets and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire life safety systems
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report any findings
  • Respond to accidents and incidents, and complete incident reports
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations
  • Notify management of any incidents or security breaches
  • Complete a daily activity report and maintain confidentiality of all security-related documents
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
