Position: Front Desk Coordinator

Department: Store Administration

Compensation: $17-$19 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the front area is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Manage client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Educate potential customers about our products and their advantages.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to assess their needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our diverse product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients visiting our facility.
  • Oversee client communications through messaging systems.
  • Perform administrative duties, including processing sales records as required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for meeting new individuals daily.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing situations.
  • Receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Quick problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Proficient time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple appointments.
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports directly to the Store Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Compliance with health mandates regarding vaccinations is required.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field within aesthetic medicine.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a front desk role.
  • Previous experience in a medical spa setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications is beneficial.
